1995: Sunnytrans established and appointed to act as the Representative for The Port of Los Angeles.

2001: IATA Cargo Agent accredited.

2003: Speedmark Logistics Vietnam established & was listed in the TOP 5 Cargo Agent of Singapore Airlines and Korean Air in the same year.

2005: Set up Barwil Sunnytrans JV Co., Ltd by joining with a 150 year Norwegian company - Wilhelmsen Ships Service, providing Ship Agency services.  

2007: General Sales and Services Agent for Qantas Freight - the national airlines of Australia.

2009: Accredited as the Strategic Partner of ExxonMobil.

2010: Sole and Strategic Distributor of Total to distribute PCI Lubricants in central of Vietnam.

2011: Set up the first overseas office in Singapore.

2012: Second overseas office established in Laos.
