Sunny Transportation Co., Ltd. (SUNNYTRANS) is one of the first private Shipping and Freight Forwarder Companies in Vietnam, established in 1995 in the light of Vietnam’s Government Economic Renovation policy. Its founder has had more than forty years in the shipping industry, starting from a boarding officer to a ship operator and a lecturer at the Maritime University in Vietnam.

1995: Sunnytrans established and appointed to act as the Representative for the port of LA.

2001: IATA Cargo Agent accredited.

2003: Speedmark Logistics Vietnam established & was listed in the TOP 5 Cargo Agent of Singapore Airlines and Korean Air in the same year.

2005: Set up Barwil Sunnytrans JV Co., Ltd by joining with a 150 year Norwegian company - Wilhelmsen Ships Service, providing Ship Agency services.  

2007: Gained a contract to act as General Sales and Services Agent for Qantas Freight - the national airlines of Australia.

2009: Accredited as the Strategic Partner of ExxonMobil.

2010: Gained a contract to be the Sole and Strategic Distributor of Total to distribute PCI Lubricants in central of Vietnam.

2011: Set up the first overseas office in Singapore.

2012: Second overseas office established in Laos.
